Returns, refunds & exchanges
Before you return a product why not get in touch with us because we might be able to sort any problems out and avoiding the need for return.
Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on all our products. (We’re nice like that.) as long as it's not been used and in the original packaging, so if you need to send it back for whatever reason no worries.
If you’ve had it less than 30 days…
We’ll happily let you return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty or not what you ordered or decided you do not now want to keep it,
you’ll get the choice of a replacement or refund, and if Faulty or not what you ordered we’ll refund the return delivery charge also.
If the product is not faulty and you would still like to return it, the product should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
If you’ve had it for more than 30 days…up to 12 months
We’ll happily let you return or exchange the product. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of a replacement or refund.
How do I return an item?
Returning something to us is simple, you just need these 3 things:
Your proof of purchase ie invoice/order number
Your full details
Your reason for return
I posted my item for a refund/replacement. What happens now?
As soon as we get the item back, we'll sort out your refund or replacement - Just allow for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund. It may take a few days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
